who will teach them to read the signs?

First, read this.

My questions are thus:

• Will there be little signs directing the toads to the tunnels?
• Do the toads read Norwegian?
• If not, who will teach them to read?
• Will the toad cops direct the toad tunnel traffic?

Also, who will be the 'toad guide' each spring and fall?

Anyone else curious about this?
